Technical Project Coordinator

Project coordination and management:
Day-to-day management of smaller IT projects – ensuring smooth workflow and execution of project goals.
Work organization – breaking down requirements into epics, user stories, and tasks in cooperation with the development team.
Estimation and planning – coordinating task estimation with a small team of developers and logging estimates in the system.
Backlog management – prioritizing, maintaining task order, and reviewing outdated requests.
Scope and risk control – monitoring progress, spotting potential delays, and escalating changes that impact budget or timeline.
Client communication – ongoing reporting of project progress and status.
Leading meetings and demos – organizing status meetings, taking notes, and defining concrete action items.
Follow-up on agreements – preparing post-meeting summaries and ensuring clear communication with both the client and the team.
Tool administration and team support:
Work management tools administration (e.g., ClickUp, GitLab/GitHub) – maintaining structure, statuses, project consistency, and clean task/code architecture.
Time and resource tracking – verifying data accuracy, monitoring hours, and managing team workload schedules.
Internal communication and office systems maintenance – keeping team communicators organized and managing basic permissions/access rights.
Internal documentation creation – preparing and updating concise “how-to” guidelines for internal tools.
First line of technical/organizational support – diagnosing day-to-day issues reported by the team and routing them to the right person.
Experience in coordinating IT projects, tasks, or team workflows.
Basic understanding of IT delivery processes and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Hands-on experience with project and task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on meeting deadlines, scope, and agreements.
Ability to organize backlogs, break down tasks, and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
Ability to independently identify problems, risks, and delays, and escalate them appropriately.
Strong communication skills — both with the internal team and clients.
Ability to run meetings, prepare notes, and execute effective follow-ups on decisions made.
Proactivity, accountability, and a focus on getting things done.
Fluent written and spoken English — enabling seamless communication and work with technical documentation.
Nice to have:
Experience with tools supporting IT team workflows (GitLab, GitHub, ClickUp, etc.).
Technical mindset or basic DevOps background (knowledge of Git, Python/Bash scripting), helping to better understand software development processes and environments.
