Experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or systems analysis
Ability to structure complex information and communicate it clearly
Excellent collaboration skills with stakeholders, including external vendors
Very good command of the English language

Experience working with electron microscopes (FIB-SEM) or other laboratory equipment
Education or experience in fields such as physics, materials engineering, electronics, or optics

Practical experience in projects integrating multiple vendors
Understanding of system or scientific instrument validation processes
Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., Jama, DOORS, Confluence, or similar)
Collecting and consolidating requirements from multiple vendors and stakeholders
Organizing, describing, and updating system requirements in a clearly structured and readable form
Acting as a liaison between technical teams responsible for different parts of the system
Identifying dependencies, overlaps, and gaps in requirements across vendors
Working closely with Project Managers, developers, and testers to translate requirements into actionable tasks
Ensuring that requirements are properly validated and aligned with project goals
Proactively resolving ambiguities and refining expectations
Maintaining documentation and processes in Azure DevOps to support traceability and project management
