  • Experience in areas of Information Technology
  • Experience in Account Management or Sales
  • Good understanding of software development environment
  • Experience in first contact and developing relationships with a Client
  • Very good communication skills in English
  • Active acquisition of business customers and building long-term partnership relations
  • Building relationships and caring for current customers as well as supervising activities carried out with them
  • Preparation of offers and valuations for regular and new customers
  • Co-creating sales plans and strategies
  • Realization of sales goals
  • Customer support in everyday functioning
  • Contact with suppliers
  • Technical advice on the proposed IT solutions
  • Keeping and accounting for client’s budgets
  • Participation in tenders and meetings with clients
  • Participating and coordinating the stages of work with the client: preparation of offers, presentation, and supervision of their implementation and reporting,
  • Negotiating business contracts
