Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience in team management.
- Experience in line management.
- Experience working with external clients, ability to identify sales opportunities.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Open-mindedness.
- Willingness to take on challenges.
- Team player skills.
- “Can-do” attitude.
- Sense of humor.
- Preferred: higher education in electronics/computer science or other fields related to software development.
Responsibility
- Project management in all aspects (time, scope, budget, risk, communication, stakeholders, quality, etc.).
- Working in accordance with the software development process.
- Active participation in managing business risks.
- Proactively seeking opportunities to expand collaboration with clients.
- Managing the project team.
- Acting as the single point of contact within the project responsibility.
- Contributing to the development of xBerry.
- Participation in recruitment processes.
