Requirements
- Previous experience managing IT projects – must have
- High-level understanding of technical concepts and architecture as well as the R&D industry
- Very good verbal and written communication skills (both English and Polish)
- Understanding of facilitation methods and processes
- Analytical skills and problem-solving approach
Nice to have:
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Taiga etc.)
- Experience with Google docs and collaboration on documents with other people
- Certificates – PRINCE/ Scrum, etc
Responsibility
- Project planning
- Tracking project progress
- Delivering milestones within the required timeframe
- Supporting your team during the development
- Risk management, creating and maintaining mitigation plans
- Supporting relationships development with clients
- Change management
- Supporting Agile artifacts creation (user stories, epics, etc.)
- Working closely with HR, Sales, and other internal teams
