We are looking for experienced Backend Go Developers eager to co-create the core of our platform. You will be a crucial part of the team responsible for developing and maintaining the backend systems that power our innovative delivery operations.
- Solid commercial experience in Go (Golang) development.
- Hands-on experience with gRPC / Protobuf.
- Experience working with relational SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of message queuing systems like Kafka.
- Experience designing and working with microservices architecture.
- Practical knowledge of the AWS stack.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Good command of English (technical documentation, communication).
Responsibility
- Order Integration: Develop and manage software for ingesting orders from major platforms (DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub) and dedicated systems.
- Delivery Management: Build backend services that make automated logistical decisions based on data (user behavior, demand/supply, regulations, sidewalk conditions).
- Logistics Optimization: Collaborate closely with other teams to enhance the efficiency and profitability of delivery operations.
- Internal Tooling: Create software enabling operators to manage the robot fleet, including mobile apps for the field team and web applications for remote operators.
- Device Infrastructure: Design and implement backend services for communicating with robots, monitoring their status, battery levels, and location.
